Songwriters these days could really learn something from artist Heather Maloney, who will be visiting Boston in a few weeks. Her lyrics tell sincere and beautifully human stories that almost everyone can relate to.
Her new album Making Me Break was just released and can be streamed on Consequence of Sound.
Her voice is smooth and soulful and the melodies accompany the meaningful lyrics to make for songs that you can sing out in the shower. There isn’t one lyric in her songs that isn’t absolutely beautiful. You can really close your eyes and take in the imagery in her lyrics that flow through her songs.
