“The Mindy Project” Cancelled by Fox

After 3 seasons of colorful outfits and pop culture references, Fox has pulled the plug on Mindy Kaling’s comedy, The Mindy Project. In the words of Mindy Lahiri, “How dare you!” The third season ended in March with roughly 2 million viewers. Though the show boasts a cult following it has been on the bubble of cancellation every year.

Fans should pray to Mindy Lahiri’s god, Beyonce, because Hulu may pick up the series. The streaming service has rights to the show already and producers are in talks to sign for a multiple season order. Not only do fans want more Mindy but they need more Mindy!
