DiCaprio Claims Presidential Role as Woodrow Wilson

It has been confirmed that Leonardo DiCaprio will star in a new biopic of the 28th President of the United States of America, Woodrow Wilson.
The film, appropriately titled Wilson, will be based on the biography of the controversial president by A. Scott Berg, a following Wilson’s time in office from 1913 to 1921. Warner Brothers wasted no time in buying the movie rights to the book, which was released only one week ago.
The Great Gatsby star will also serve as producer through his production company, Appian Way, alongside Jennifer Davisson Killoran and Berg Though a writer and director have not yet been chosen, sources are saying that DiCaprio himself will play the president. While this will be his first role as a president on the big screen, DiCaprio has depicted several important historical characters, including J. Edgar Hoover, Howard Hughes, and King Louis XIV, as well as roles that have simply stolen audiences hearts, such as Jack Dawson, Romeo, and most recently, Jay Gatsby.
