Flagship Will Transport You To A New World With Their Live Show

Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, Flagship is a band with a sound destined for great things. While they are currently on tour right now supporting The Static Jacks (another amazing band that you should check out), Flagship quite honestly stole the show on September 23^rd when they played at Great Scott in Alston.
Despite some minor technical difficulties and a prolonged set-up time, Flagship came out on stage ready to give it their all. It was mind-blowing to hear how their sound totally engulfed the room, making it seem as though they were playing a 4,000-person capacity venue instead of a rugged hole-in-the-wall. Lead singer Drake Margolnick’s deep, hazy voice resonated throughout Great Scott and captured the audience’s attention. Not to be outdone by their frontman, however, the rest of the band added immensely to the quality of Flagship’s show with their heavy guitar riffs, cascading drums, and pulsing basslines.

Succeeding in what so many bigger bands can only attempt to do, Flagship immersed the audience in their booming sound and transported everyone to another world. Wrapped up in the band’s complex melodies and soothing rhythms, it was very easy to forget about everything going on in the outside world and focus solely on the music.
