'Arrow' Review: "Broken Hearts"

After a three week hiatus, Arrow returned this week with an episode that will have fans talking for weeks. Arrow last left off with Team Arrow catching Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) breaking Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) heart by calling off their engagement. Arrow picks up right where it left off with the latest episode entitled “Broken Hearts.”
