Hello all and get ready for the 69th Annual Tony Awards!The 69th Annual Tony Awards will be held tonight at Radio City Music Hall in NYC hosted by Kristin Chenoweth (On the 20th Century, Wicked, Glee) and Alan Cumming (Cabaret, Macbeth, The Good Wife) broadcasted live at 8/7c on CBS.

Before the festivities begin at 8/7c, Tony Award history will be made when Darren Criss (Glee, Hedwig and the Angry Inch), Laura Osnes (Cinderella, Bonnie & Clyde, South Pacific, Grease) and Sierra Boggess (It Shoulda Been You, The Phantom of the Opera, The Little Mermaid) host the first ever Live! From the Red Carpet at the Tony Awards. The red carpet will be livestreamed on the Tony Awards website starting at 5:30pm EST until the awards begin at 8:00pm EST.

We will be LIVE BLOGGING the entire event starting with the Red Carpet event so, follow us here for minute to minute coverage and live-tweet with us using the hashtag “TonysEM”

5:32pm: Sierra Boggess and Laura Osnes are excited and ready to report!

5:34pm: Darren Criss is finished up his matinee performance of Hedwig and the Angry Inch and then will be joining the action

5:37pm: Half of tonights hosting duo, Alan Cumming has hit the red carpet!

5:42pm: George Takei is talking to Sierra Boggess about his upcoming Broadway show, Allegiance. It’s his first time at the Tony Awards.

5:46pm: Laura Osnes is talking to hosts Alan Cumming and Kristin Chenoweth!

5:48pm: Word has it that Tony Award nominees Alex Sharp, Annaleigh Ashford and Sydney Lucas are hitting the red carpet soon!

5:50pm: Laura Osnes is chatting with Tommy Tune who is receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award at tonights ceremony and he will be presenting the Best Director of a Musical award

5:56pm: Sydney Lucas, the youngest Tony nominee of this evening for her performance as Small Alison in Fun Home, has hit the red carpet. Looking gorgeous .

5:57pm: Laura Osnes is chatting with Alex Sharp about his work in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and his first ever Tony Award. He’s fan-girling over the prospect of meeting Bryan Cranston.

6:02pm: Tony nominee Nathaniel Parker (Wolf Hall) has hit the red carpet!

6:03pm: Spotted! Tony nominee and former Mad Men star, Elisabeth Moss. She is nominated for her work as Heidi in the revival of The Heidi Chronicles. 

6:05pm: Elisabeth Moss is super excited to be nominated and to be welcomed into the Tony Awards party. She is wearing a wonderful, flower gown by Oscar de la Renta.

6:08pm: Laura Osnes is talking to Patina Miller, who won a Tony Award for her role in Pippin in 2013. She is the social media correspondent for CBS. Tony nominee Bryan d’Arcy James has also jumped in to talk to Laura Osnes. d’Arcy James confirms that Something Rotten! will be opening the Tony Awards tonight with the number “A Musical.”

6:13pm: George Takei is BACK with Sierra Boggess! He is talking about his new Broadway show Allegiance.

6:17pm: Sierra Boggess is chatting with 2015 Tony Award nominee Michael Cerveris. He is nominated for his role in Fun Home.

6:23pm: Laura Osnes is talking to the smallest, most adorable theater critic in town, Iain Armitage! He’s rooting for all the nominees. You can follow Iain on Twitter @IainLoveTheatre

6:25pm: Sierra Boggess and James Monroe Iglehart sing some Disney tunes on the red carpet!

6:27pm: Darren Criss has arrived on the red carpet! He’s joining Laura Osnes and Sierra Boggess for some Tony Award Red Carpet fun!

6:28pm: Darren Criss and Laura Osnes are chatting with the lovely, amazing Helen Mirren, who is nominated for her role as Queen Elizabeth II in The Audience.

6:31pm: Judith Light is chatting with Sierra Boggess. She is presenting tonight for the Excellence in Teaching Theatre and Best Leading Actor in a Play. Darren Criss and Laura Osnes are chatting with Chita Rivera, who is nominated for her work in The Visit.

6:42pm: Darren Criss and Laura Osnes are talking to Veep’s Anna Chlumsky, who starred in two Broadway shows this year in You Can’t Take it With You and Living on Love. She loved Fun Home, Hand to God and On the Twentieth Century. And right after Anna they are joined by Broadway legend Bernadette Peters.

6:49pm: Darren Criss and Laura Osnes are talking to Laura Michelle Kelly from Finding Neverland and then they are speaking to Josh Groban, who will be sinking and will be backed up by 175 Broadway performers. This will be the biggest performance ever.

6:53pm: Sierra Boggess is joined by the best father-daughter duo in town, Joel and Jennifer Grey. And Darren Criss and Laura Osnes are joined by the legendary Bryan Cranston, who won for Best Actor in a Play last year for his work in All the Way.

7:03pm: Laura Osnes is chatting with 2015 Tony Award nominee Robert Fairchild. He is nominated for his role in An American in Paris and Darren Criss is talking to Jason Alexander about his return to Broadway in Fish in the Dark.

7:07pm: Tony nominee Bradley Cooper has hit the Red Carpet!

7:14pm: Sierra Boggess is talking to Sting about his 2015 Tony Award nomination for Best Score for The Last Ship. AND a Glee reunion on the Red Carpet! Laura Osnes and Darren Criss are chatting with Matthew Morrison (Finding Neverland)
