Not many shows can say that their entire ensemble, right down to minor background characters, are constantly at the height of their comedic game. The entire ensemble does an incredible job at committing to the comedy of Veep. For any fan of Veep one of the greatest things is that some of the hilarious moments are not scripted. With an all star cast of comedians it’s safe to say that a lot of Veep hinges on the cast and this ensemble is one of the best on television.

Her role as Amy Brookheimer is career-defining and it is no surprise that she was nominated yet again at this year’s Emmy Awards. In this past season of Veep, Chlumsky shines in a scene where she blows up at Selina (Julia Louis-Dreyfus). She is the actress to watch on Veep and year after year fans cannot wait to see how she continues to grow into a bonafide comedian.
