Lady Lamb Plays Boston This Weekend

The Boston area is about to be graced by the presence of a commanding folk/pop figure. Lady Lamb will be stopping by the Sinclair this Saturday night.

After releasing her latest album After via Mom+Pop, Lady Lamb is embarking on a North American tour. She’s set to hit New York, Portland, Seattle, and a few other big cities during her six weeks on the road.

After has already achieved high critical acclaim within days of its release, and rightfully so. Lady Lamb’s raw vocals ride effortlessly over a variety of instrumentation; sometimes she’s accompanied by a horn section, and other times she’s singing to blaring guitar lines and throbbing drumbeats. It is exciting to hear out of one’s own speakers, and is sure to sound even better live.
