'Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life' Sets Release Date & Releases Teaser

It’s time to break out the coffee and travel back to Stars Hollow, CT with Lorelai (Lauren Graham), Rory (Alexis Bledel), Luke (Scott Patterson) and the rest of the Gilmore Girls gang. Today at the Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life TCA panel, Netflix announced that the 4-part series will be getting a November 25th release date.
The beloved TV show first announced it would get getting a reboot, courtesy of Netflix, earlier this year. The 4-part series will be split into the four seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall. Gilmore Girls follows Lorelai and her daughter Rory and their quirky town of Stars Hollow.
With the announcement of a November 25th release date, Netflix also unveiled the first new footage for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. In the 90-second teaser, fans get to see Stars Hollow and all their favorite locations. From Luke’s Diner to Doose’s Market to the Dragonfly Inn. Then, the camera settles on Lorelai and Rory in their kitchen, eating Pop-Tarts, drinking coffee and discussing if Lorelai would be friends with Amy Schumer.
Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will reunite most of the original cast such as Graham, Bledel, Melissa McCarthy, Patterson, Kelly Bishop, Jared Padalecki, Milo Ventimiglia, Matt Czuchry, Keiko Agena and numerous others.
The Gilmore Girls are back and for devoted fans, nothing will be as good as watching this 4-part series during Thanksgiving. Check out the first trailer now!
